moving on

new room

When I moved back home from New York I did not find many positives in the situation; however, one plus is I get to re-do my room at home. I am really excited about this project because I never really get to decorate the house like I want to so this is the chance for me to go all out. My only problem is I have a million ideas and inspirations and they do not all flow well together.

I will also have desk that I must paint and decorate ( I will hopefully get a picture of it up soon so I can get your ideas)! My favorite part of my room is the bookcase that is built into the wall. I would love to hear your thoughts and suggestions! xo

cool comfort

I have had a sinus infection for a month; however, I just found this out at the doctor this afternoon. When the doctor told me to get some rest my immediate reaction was I to go buy magazines to occupy myself. I am reading Harper's Bazaar (January issue) and came across these leopard loaders from Tod's:

happy new year..

..4 days late! I hope you all have had a wonderful start to the new year! My biggest resolution for the new year is to be more positive and do what I want to do without being so concerned about what others will think. This year is about bettering myself and continuing to do what I want to do ( I mean this in the least selfish way possible); however, I did spend the last few months of 2010 figuring out who I was and what made me happy because , like I have always been told, at the end of the day all you really do have is yourself. What are your resolutions for the new year?
